I use Sendle for the majority of my domestic shipping. Occasionally Australia Post will work out cheaper for those of you in areas Sendle classes as “remote”. In those cases I can send via Australia Post, however for larger/bulkier orders Sendle is still the better option than the flatrate Australia Post satchels. Keep in mind that if your order is bulky I won’t be able to put a box inside those satchels so protecting your items will be a lot harder.
Note: In some cases your order will be too large for the Auspost satchels or will contain too many cookie cutter bath bombs to protect adequately, in those cases the orders will be sent with Sendle regardless of what option is chosen. Any excess shipping costs paid will be refunded. If the shipping costs are higher with Sendle, I will contact you and let you know.
The “Pickup” option is only available for people in my area who have arranged pickup prior to placing their order. A special coupon code is required in order to enable free shipping for this option. Please don’t pick this option unless you know me and have discussed it with me first.
While I do accept orders from international customers, please be aware that these will have a longer processing time.
I use Australia Post for all my international orders (as there is no other option) and my shipping prices are based on both size and weight. The prices only have $1 added on to cover packaging costs. The rest is standard Australia Post prices. I know, it’s expensive but unfortunately I can’t do anything about that.
In the event that shipping is miscalculated by the website, I will contact you and let you know. Unfortunately I can’t afford to cover any additional postage costs when it comes to international postage as it’s just too expensive.
Economy International: This australia post option is the cheapest, however there is a max weight limit of 2kg after which you must use standard. It does not include tracking. The rates start at 500g and prices double with every added 500g of weight. The weight includes all boxes and protective packaging.
Standard International: This australia post option includes tracking and is for heavier parcels all the way up to 20kg. This is a little more expensive than the economy shipping.
Note: Sendle is introducing international shipping but right now it’s unavailable in my area. As soon as it is, I will be offering it as an alternative to australia post.
Please note that while I do my best to get all orders out promptly, there is a 3-5 day processing time frame for all orders.
