I cannot be held financially responsible for missing packages, if you want to insure your parcels you may do so by selecting insurance at checkout. That being said, I haven’t had any issues with missing parcels yet and Australia Post does actually insure items up to the value of $50 as long as receipts are kept. If a parcel doesn’t turn up, let me know and I can try and sort it out with Australia Post on your behalf.
REFUNDS / REPLACEMENTS
If an item breaks in the post, please let me know. I may replace your items depending on the circumstances.
I do not offer replacements or refunds on items that have been opened.
